Easter Word Puzzle Contest Instructions

We want to wish you a happy and richly blessed Easter as we celebrate the victory over sin, death and the

power of the devil won for us by our Savior, Jesus! We hope you enjoy our Easter Word Puzzle Contest.


Who is eligible to enter? All interested individuals may enter the contest.


Contest Time Frame: Please submit your Easter Contest Entry Form by Monday, April 5, 2021.


Contest Entry Categories: There are four contest entry and prize categories. They are:

  • Members (age 16 and up) of St. Paul congregation.
  • Members or children of St. Paul member families who are age 15 or under.
  • All individuals age 16 and up who are not members of St. Paul congregation.
  • All children age 15 and under who are not children of St. Paul families.

Instructions:


Step 1: Print and fill in the first part of the Easter Word Puzzle Contest Entry Form (including Name, Email

address, Contest Entry Category, and the name of the person who invited you to enter, if applicable).


Step 2: Read the ‘Easter Word Puzzle Story’ and fill in the missing words that are highlighted in yellow.

Once you have filled in all of the missing words, complete the PUZZLE ANSWER on the Easter Word Puzzle

Contest Entry Form by writing the letter above each numbered blank in the story on the corresponding

numbered blank of the PUZZLE ANSWER.


Step 3: Once you have completed the PUZZLE ANSWER, you can submit it in one of three ways:


Option 1: Scan and save your completed ‘Easter Word Puzzle Contest Entry Form’ as a PDF file or take a picture of the Form with your phone. Attach it to an email addressed to: mholtz@stpaulappletonwi.com.


Option 2: Fill out this Online Entry Form.


Option 3: Print your completed ‘Easter Word Puzzle Contest Entry Form’ and bring it to the St. Paul

Church/School office (225 E. Harris St. [use parking lot door "S1."])


Entries and Prizes:


The name of each individual who has correctly completed the PUZZLE ANSWER will be entered into a prize

drawing based on their CONTEST ENTRY CATEGORY. Five winners will be selected in each of the four

categories. Each winner will receive a $20.00 gift card to either JD’s Drive In or Culvers. Each contestant

may only enter once.


Bonus Entries:


Some contestants may be eligible to receive bonus entries. Refer to the Easter Word Puzzle Contest Entry

Form.
