Philosophy and Purpose

God commands parents in Ephesians 6:4 to bring up their children "In the training and instruction of the Lord."

St. Paul Lutheran Early Childhood Center exists for the purpose of assisting parents in this God-given command.  St. Paul Lutheran Early Childhood Center is a beginning step on the journey from childhood to adulthood.  St. Paul Lutheran School is another step on this journey.  Therefore, it is by design that the purpose of St. Paul Lutheran Early Childhood Center is like that of St. Paul Lutheran School.

St. Paul Lutheran Early Childhood Center also serves as an outreach to the community.  As Peter states in Acts 2:39, "The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off-for all whom the Lord our God will call."

Children attending our child care program will daily hear the truths of God's inspired Word, the Bible.  They will also be offered a wide variety of activities that will seek to develop the whole child: physically, intellectually, socially, emotionally, creatively and spiritually.
